  Established in the year 2003, we "Lyophilization Systems India Pvt Limited" are leading exporter and manufacturer of a wide range of Freeze Dryer Equipment in the industry. All our units, from the smallest Lyolab to our largest Quanta, are configurable with many shelf  options and accessories  to satisfy most all requirements. The Quanta production units are designed to fit into the available space keeping in mind the need for easy access to all components for service and maintenance. We are also exporting our products mainly Dubai, Europe and USA.

All the units are built with the best components from internationally known companies, resulting in a high degree of reliability with less down time and easy access to parts anywhere in the world. our machines are rigorously tested with a complete validation  packages and installed by our engineers ensuring they operate at the highest level possible,our multiple locations help to ensure with speedy response  to all inquirers, We have a team of service engineers on standby at all times to help with after sales service and support.

   

  Our controls system using up to 22/Allen Bradely  hardware and  PAC Project , a micro-soft based software, is easy to use and configured exactly to the design of the machine, The same controls are used on all our shelf  freeze dryers to maintain consistency and help minimize scale up issue when going from product development in the laboratory to production.With added option of GE Fanuc iFix, the controls meet all international standards including 21 CFR part 11.
